I personally think that by giving a little what I can to these beggars are not going to help them reconsider begging for a living. But it should be a collective attempt from fellow citizens/friends/organizations to provide some means of living of their own that will reconsider them from begging.
I personally therefore do not encourage begging by giving a little or more I can afford to give as charity.
